ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the Global Clinical Customer Service team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will ship (under limited supervision) efficient and in compliance with clinical regulatory requirements clinical supplies to our customers.
- Provide distribution support to the planning and Logistics Service Providers teams
- Create and Process Clinical Drug Shipments
- Create or coordinate obtaining of necessary shipping documentation
- Schedule and Process STOs
- Create or coordinate obtaining of necessary shipping documentation
- Track and trace shipments and ensure smooth delivery to Logistics Service Provider
- Resolve shipping issues
- Perform review of temperature data for shipments with specific temperature requirements
- Support performance of data analysis, trending and corrective actions
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
