Client Services Manager

Miejsce pracy: Poznań

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Managers with the formulation and continual review of SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor and achieve team"s targets, budget and SLAs (around; effectiveness, timeliness, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services & customer satisfaction)
  • Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these appropriately
  • Drive team activities and focus to ensure that customer satisfaction (hiring managers, client stakeholders, candidates and suppliers) is a key consideration at all times
  • Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationships with clients by demonstrating an understanding of the business, the associated requirements and set expectations accordingly
  • Where applicable liaise with client contacts to develop and maintain recruitment plans, attraction, and sourcing strategies as well as organisational structures
  • Custodian of clients EVP ensuring the proposition conveyed is compelling across the recruitment life cycle
  • Escalate any potential issues or contentious situations with clients to Principal Client Services Manager or Head of Client Services
  • Manage a team to achieve delivery targets and contractual SLAs by providing objectives, direction and continual feedback on progress
  • Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends (e.g., new technology, recruitment metrics, legislative changes)
  • Hold sound knowledge of recruitment model options and design in order to promote benefits of RPO solution

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record managing a team
  • Experience of presenting to senior client stakeholders (eg., resourcing managers) and gained agreement to course of action
  • Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (i.e. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire)
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process
  • Experience in optimising and leading other in the use of in-house recruitment technology and use of reporting functionality
  • Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
  • Market intelligence and knowledge of global and subject matter expertise of local recruitment practices and employment market trends
