For our Client, a fast growing Shared Service Centre located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the position of Client Service Coordinator with knowledge of Spanish.
On this position you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients including solving daily problems, scheduling the meetings, planning the workflow, monitoring KPIs performance and ensuring that all information are up to date. Moreover, you will be in charge of participating in periodic meetings and planning some improvements.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in logistic planning or customer service. Fluent English and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate should present strong customer focus, ability to manage conflicting situations and excellent organizational skills.
