For one of our clients - a leading supplier of next generation telecom networks - we are looking for a multi-lingual professionals willing to join a fast-growing team.
The role:
The position will be responsible for the monitoring and analysis of public opinion in Europe. Quickly and accurately identify major complaints, discover problems of mobile phone users in Europe, and improve user experience of our products (searching for opinions in various international websites, analyzing, making conclusions, creating reports).
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Min. 2 years’ of experience in customer service environment (preferably mobile phone development)
Fluent English is a must
Fluency in one of the following languages is a must: Russian, Italian, German, French or Spanish
Familiarity with Android phone products, understands key functions
Proficiency in using data analysis tools including Excel or SQL, and have certain copywriting experience
Knowledge of information classification methods and ability to quickly analyze and find problems
Operating experience in the channels such as forum, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other network platforms.
