On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized SSC Company in Tricity, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Client Contact Specialist.
Your new role
The successful Candidate will work in conjunction with the Client Contact Specialist to establish and manage specific client relationships, ensure targets are being met (for specific clients) as well as control risks. He will act as the primary contact with external clients for KYC/AML on-boarding activities for both new and existing clients. What is more he will be able to discuss and negotiate with clients on their legal and reporting requirements. Further he will co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure proper KYC and AML procedures are updated and documented.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should have experience in analyzing issues and delivering “fit for purpose� solutions, maintaining productive relationships and working as team member as well as strive for result and delivery. To be successful on this position such skills are required like: good relationship building, client account management or client liaison skills, well-developed communication skills, organisational skills, understanding of working effectively and delivering across different cultures. Any experience in KYC client due diligence operational experience (SME level) and an understanding of KYC, AML and due diligence operating models will be additional value.
