For our Client, new start-up organization specialized in retail area, we are currently looking for a candidates, who would like to join Customer Finance Department in Cracow.
Working as a Clearing Associate you will be responsible for payment processes such as clearing of accounts and transactions according to market standards, monitoring of differences and correction of payment runs, importing and manual creating of payment files as well as their allocation and executing of payment transactions for various methods (credit cards, check, cash of delivery).
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English, have at least one year experience in Customer Finance/Accounts Receivable. We also would like you to have excellent written communication skills and be able to navigate quickly and multi task through systems and software. Knowledge of accountancy rules and processes and understanding of carious payments methods would be an asset.
