For our Client- multinational company located in Silesia- we are looking for Group Chief Accounting Officer.
Chief Accounting Officer will be responsible for management of accurate and timely preparation of the consolidated financial management information according to IFRS and internal guidelines (consolidation of more than 20 entities), implementation and development of accounting policies within the Group. One of the challenge will be preparing high quality accounting documentation which support the conclusions (incl. purchase price accounting, subsequent valuations and impairment calculations), guideline support to affiliates to enhance transparency, for both IFRS and management reporting, including support for all group entities on the accounting treatment of unusual or infrequent transactions.
We are looking for candidates with Economic education and at least 8 years’ experience on such position for international companies. Fluent English is a must. We are looking for open- minded, goal- oriented and professional person who is a team- player with hands- on approach. Formal accounting qualification like ACCA, CIMA or CPA will be an asset.
