Currently we are looking for Change Management and Communications Leader position, who will join our client company. Our Client is a leader in production sector, an international company with office location in Łódź. In the role, you will partner with key stakeholders and transition teams to drive the implementation of change management integration strategies, workshops, and lead all activities. In this position you will also be responsible for leading all internal and external communications for the hub and maintaining the brand across all channels.

- Responsible for creating and implementing the GBS EMEA change management and communication strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption to the GBS Culture/Organization
- Coordinate a wide variety of internal and executive communication activities and tactics
- Develop content and key messaging and bring in best practice approaches to Internal and External Communications from external organizations and industries
- Conducting PDCA cycles
- Develop stakeholder analyses and change impact assessment for programs and work stream levels to monitor, maintain, mitigate impacts and risks
- Identify, coordinate, and facilitate stakeholder training and workshops
- Other duties and requirements as assigned
- Masters or Bachelors degree level
- 7+ years of relevant change management and corporate communications experience
- Excellent English skills
- Experience managing organizational change and providing communications support to senior leadership within a multi-national organization
- Experience in a shared services/BPO environment is a plus
- Passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
- Excellent communication skills; facilitation, consulting, and strategy implementation
- Embraces the culture of change and is effective in delivering targeted messaging through internal and external channels
