Leading international Consumer Goods company seeks a Category & Trade Marketing Manager responsible for preparation and execution of category management and trade marketing strategies in all retailing channels as well as internet.

Our Client is one of the leading international Consumer Goods company with well recognized and positioned product range in Small Domestic Appliances category. Due to constant development across all distribution channels and further strengthening of its position in the sector, we are currently looking for a Category & Trade Marketing Manager. Chosen candidate will be responsible for preparation and execution of category management and trade marketing strategies in all retailing channels as well as internet.
Description
- Lead the development of all categories for all retailing channels (Carrefour, Tesco, Media Market, Euro RTV AGD, internet Clients)
- Be the expert in assortment recommendations in order to develop the part of assortment and optimize the margin in the categories involved
- Develop the know-how in merchandising in order to reinforce our display on shelves (in store & internet)
- Be the centre of expertise to our employees and employees of our clients
- Proactive proposition of ideas on the promotion based on market research and consumer insights
- Responsible for ensuring that the categories/products priorities are respected in the operational levers defined by the Marketing plans and perfectly implemented by the Sales team.
- Animate company's online product offer in collaboration with Marketing teams
- Ensure qualitative watch of competitor's practices
Profile
- Marketing or related degree
- At least 3-5 years in marketing/trade marketing experience and category manager environment
- Strong analytical and numeric skills
- Very good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills to influence sales and marketing depart at country level
- Capacity to work in a matrix
- Track record of success in building e-commerce activation plan, showing commercial wins - as an asset
