For our Client, the distributor, who is cooperating with one of the biggest retail clients on the Polish market, currently we are looking for Category Manager – toys category.
On a daily basis, you would be responsible for conducting market research and identifies new opportunities for expeditious development of category, creating and implements a long term category strategy, moreover defining and delivery of category plans that meet agreed corporate financial targets. The Category Manager will execute trading strategies based on client insights, develop and manage new product assortments, which meet client and consumer needs.
As a part of the daily tasks will be leading negotiations with key clients to reach the increased sales and profitability and supporting the sources of supply by identifying and qualifying new vendors, new factories and new product opportunities. Furthermore, supervising the category supply chain process.
We are looking for someone with very good English an Polish skills in speaking and writing. About 3 years of working experience in similar position and experience in toys/ non-food categories.
Our Client is looking for a Buyer/ Product Manager with good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, who is able to work in fast changing environment and has very good interpersonal skills.
