For one of our Clients, an international company with a newly established Shared Services Center in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of CASH MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR.
As a CASH MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORyou will be responsible for people management as well as operational tasks. You will be supervising, developing and controlling the day-to-day operations of a team of Specialists within the Cash Management department, responsible for managing manual payments and administering bank accounts. As CASH MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORyou will be providing training, work distribution and performance measurement to the team. You will also be accountable for managing and reviewing all processes within the banking applications, ensuring accuracy of processing, recording, and reporting of all financial records, as well as for maintaining good relationships with both internal clients and various banking networks, ensuring that all KPIs and SLAs are continuously met and adhered to, and all queries are resolved.
We are looking for Candidates with an academic degree in finance, economics or related field, who have approximately 3 - 5 yearsof relevant accountingand people managementexperience, gained preferably in SSCenvironment. Business proficiency in Englishand working knowledge of ERP solutions are required. Recognized accounting qualification ex. ACCA will be considered an asset.
