The company’s product portfolio includes a broad array of process, functional and water treatment chemistries as well as state-of-the-art monitoring and control systems. For developing SSC in Warsaw we are looking for Cash Application Accountant.

The company’s product portfolio includes a broad array of process, functional and water treatment chemistries as well as state-of-the-art monitoring and control systems. For developing SSC in Warsaw we are looking for Cash Application Accountant.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform Cash Management activities including cash allocation, bank statements posting and reconciliation,
- Accurately and timely perform daily cash application activities in SAP,
- Support for Intercompany and Netting payment activities,
- Ensure that financial records are kept in accordance with US GAAP/ internal accounting guidelines/ SOX,
- Perform various operational F&A activities within a functional area,
- Reporting periodically or upon request KPI’s measurements,
- Prepare process documentation: desktop procedures and process maps
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Cash Application or Accounts Receivable area,
- Ability to multi task and prioritize activities,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Lotus Notes)
