Our Client, is an international professional services and investment management company specializing in real estate. Due to its rapid growth, we are currently recruiting a position of Capital Buyer to join the company’s Sourcing team located in Warsaw.
Capital Buyer will be responsible for Capital spend and will execute strategies for that category in the specified region. The hired person will ensure all sourcing and contracting standards are maintained throughout the cluster. Capital Buyer will manage supplier relationships and will support regional and global sourcing initiatives. He/She will provide purchasing support to Project Managers in the region. We are looking for Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing of goods and services, especially those with strong background in CAPEX or industrial or technical categories purchasing. To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as fluent command of English and French.
