- Build trust and relations on all levels of customers organization
We are looking for an experienced manager able to lead Warsaw Business Unit dedicated to Telco sector; in particular companies like Orange Poland, Play, Polkomtel or T-Mobile.
Candidate should have:
- Ambitious Leader
- Excellent sales & management skills
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as sales manager OR analyst / consultant / PM in IT, business services and projects delivery organization; final customers or system integrators
- Wide knowledge about IT services market: competition, SWOT of each vendor
- Wide knowledge about Telco sector (business processes). Know many C-level & High level directors from Telco companies; in IT departments + business departments (sales & marketing, finance, back-office, operations, HR), procurement
- Ability to build trust and relations on all levels of customer’s organization
- Ability to manage subordinates (mix of direct line subordinates + functional subordinates; workers from Delivery / Resource centers & Sii practices) team of account managers, BDM, pre sales consultants, solution architects, project managers & Service Delivery Manager
- Ability to understand customer’s problems & create solutions in response
- Ability to sell Hi level consulting services & Win big few M PLN deals
- Ability to build with Sii practices dedicated products & solutions for Telco sectors; mentor practices
- Ability to promote, win and deliver whole spectrum of Sii services among customers
(i.e. staffing ; but also & above all project & system integration, managed services… I.e. Sii is the Leader in Poland concerning staffing services & does not need support is that business area. We need somebody who will teach us how to Win in Projects / System Integration & Managed Services business; win against competitors like Accenture, CGI, Atos, Assecco, Deloitte, PWC…) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to setup positive cooperation with Sii team members; positive cooperation with other Sii units (practices, finance, administration, legal, marketing, other branches & business units…)
- Drive and ambition to Win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target
- Able to recruit Top level subordinate team; build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them; + closely monitor subordinates KPI help them to perform & Win; but also put pressure when needed; including dismissing subordinates (bad performers & trouble makers)
- Vision how to win in this vertical / industry, building close partnership with some software vendors (like Microsoft, IBM & many others; including niche International vendor’s specialists in Telco solutions)
- Fluent English proficiency
