Business Travel Counselor/Konsultant ds. Podróży Biznesowych
Place of work: RzeszówWe are looking for the Business Travel Counselors, who would like to join our team in Rzeszów.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting corporate travelers with air, hotel and car reservations (business travel)
- Having a thorough understanding of customer’s business needs and Travel Policy to make suggestions and assist with itinerary planning,
- Providing suitable, smart thinking solutions to problems and assistance by required modifications of travel itinerary,
- Finding a solution for a customer in emergency / unexpected situation,
- Providing the best available price, advising the most suitable product(s) of preferred vendors,
- Communicating and adhering to customer’s Travel Policy,
Skills:
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- French, German, Italian or Spanish will be an additional asset
- Global Reservation System knowledge will be an additional asset
- Excellent soft skills and focus on Traveler’s satisfaction
