Business Transformation Manger
The Change Management Lead is one of the key program team members of Enable and plays a critical role in deployment and acceptance of Enable global ‘template’ solution across the company Logistics footprint.
Responsibilities:
- All deliverables in the Change Management area
- Delivery and execution of the change leadership strategy
- Partnering with key leadership stakeholders and managing recommendations from stakeholders
- Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the program by analyzing the communications requirements of change initiatives
- Perform stakeholder engagement and analysis,
- Develop and execute change communications plans
- Developing a Change Leadership Strategy aligned with the ERP program plan to successfully transition to the TO-BE organization model
- Identifying mitigating actions to overcome barriers and resistance to change
- Preparing and executing the program’s communication plan (including all relevant events and activities)
- Working with HR to ensure the organizational structure and future (TO-BE) Operating Model supports the future (SAP) solution
- Ensuring new roles & responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated
- Supporting the program team to ensure that change impacts are clearly defined
- Working with the Training Lead on having training and Change management support the organization hand-in-hand
- Project managers, Program Directors, Business Process Design teams, Country management and project teams, business and technology (other) project teams
- External Suppliers, internal business units
Skills & Experience:
- University degree with preferably a focus on Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Journalism
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in international environment in transformation, change management, program management, or performance management
- Fluent Business English
- Experience with supporting large-scale change, including stakeholder engagement, project management, and communications
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary change management teams, including change communications, process improvement, and training experts
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating visually compelling presentations that follow sound vertical and horizontal logic
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate data and information into effective communication products, develop insights, and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Very good communication skills as well as intercultural understanding
- Proactive, structured & solution-oriented approach, strong sense of ownership and accountability for own tasks, analytical thinking
