For our Client, international company from foods and beverages industry, we are looking for a a candidate for a position of:
business support representative (Russian language)

Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- effectively manage all incoming customer requests and support sales within the pre-sales phase
- prepare and send out price quotations towards customers
- customer master data maintenance in SAP and CRM
- handle complaints and provide appropriate completion within the time limits
- follow up on contracts and accounts receivables
- excellent communication skills in Russian and English-must have
- knowledge of German will be an asset
- 1-2 years of experience on a similar position
- familiarity with SAP and CRM systems and practices
- customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- university degree advantageous
- ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- work in a challenging, international environment
- possibility to gain valuable experience
