Currently for one of our Client we are looking for:

Business Process Management - Lifecycle Manager

Job Description

• Providing consulting services to develop BPM-L strategies and frameworks, develop high-performance business process repositories to support business transformation, ERP and SOA efforts, and to establish BPM-L governance frameworks at organizations
• Diagnosis of the client’s current BPM-L capabilities and BPM-L maturity (strategy, organization, processes and technology)
• Leading the establishment of BPM-L governance organizations
• Developing business process frameworks and strategies to support the client’s strategic BPM-L efforts
• Leveraging best practices and existing business process repositories and standards
• Conducting training and providing knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders and to clients on BPM-L concepts, frameworks and methods
• Providing business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of processes in various industries (preferably ARIS)

Requirements

• University degree; postgraduate studies would be an advantage
• At least 3 years of project management experience in ARIS software solutions implementations
• At least 3 years of recent management consulting/project experience in areas such as: business process improvement, management, analysis, design, modelling, KPI and metrics development, BPM tool deployment etc.)
• Background in business process and ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle) with expertise in using ARIS with SAP NetWeaver or Oracle Fusion – nice to have
• Knowledge of business process modelling tools e.g. Visio, Popkin, iGrafx, Mega, System Architect, Metastorm – nice to have
• Fluent English and Polish
• Willingness to travel
