Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
You will work within a global PMO.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Business Process Lead you will be responsible for the implementation of new ERP technologies within an international serialization / track and trace program. In order to complete the implementations you will analyze current business processes and requirements in order to translate the needs into technical solutions.
Therefore we are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with strong knowledge of serialization processes in regulated environments. Furthermore, we require somebody with experience with SAP, Serialization and/or MES (interfacing).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improvement of business processes and analyses of business requirements
- Collaboration within multidisciplinary environments
- Manage internal clients / stakeholders (Operations / Supply Chain / Quality)
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Meet project scope and deliverables
- Responsible for Master Data
- Compliancy according to global strategy and regulations
- Set KPIs for all associated business units
- Support the global PMO / Project Management Team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Business, Information Technology, Logistics or similar
- Senior experience with Track and Trace / Serialization projects
- Previous experience within regulated environments (preferably pharmaceutical)
- Extensive Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience
- Specialist knowledge of SAP and/or MES
- Strong communicator
- Fluency in English
