Our client, a high profile automotive business, seeks a Business Partner Controller for their Warsaw office
Description
- Responsible for monitoring and steering key business activities
- Responsible for financial results, performance or achievements of the business unit
- Supervising business strategic and operational decisions
- Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
- Business Partnering with senior stakeholders and playing a crucial role in decision support
- Looking for opportunities to improvements and managing the improvement projects
- Provide proactive, accurate and timely insight into business performance by analyzing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
- Budget preparation and monitoring through reforecast
- Produce business reports including analysis, drivers on variation and identifying risks and opportunities
- Wide range of ad hoc projects
Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Business Controller/ Business Partner/ Auditor
- Ability to understand complex discrepancies of assembled data and decipher into relevant business effects to communicate across departments
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics (ACCA, CIMA or Polish equivalent)
- Strong excel skills
- Fluency in English, ideally in French
- Ability to travel mainly in Poland (approx. 10-20% of yearly working time)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, strong ability to cooperate with different departments within business units
- Business leader, hands-on approach, can do attitude to accompany change
- Excellent skills in establishing and maintaining relationships within and across teams; helps resolving conflicts constructively, in a diplomatic way
