Business Operations Manager

Lokalizacja: Warsaw / Cracow

Our Client is a multinational corporation technology company with more than 71.000 employees worldwide. It is the largest company in the world which designs, manufactures and sells networking equipment. 

Our Client is currently looking for a Candidate to join the team as a Business Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and other internal stakeholders with the delivery of required analytics and reporting and providing the consultancy regarding the value of Company Services
  • Support the execution on two key programs: ROI (Return on Investment) and TRIP (Transformative Renewal Insights Programs)
  • Be the member of a global team, located in Europe and US
  • The role at the beginning may require additional operational activities to help the team to ramp up and introduce organizational efficiency (workload management, processes set up, guidelines etc.)

Requirements:

  • The ideal Candidate will have a background in sales and business operations, data insights and analytics and project management
  • Must be well-organized  to handle multiple engagements and tasks at the same time
  • Analytical skills-ability to analyze data and make conclusions based on the numbers using logical reasoning
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to be able to present the outcomes of data analysis in a clear and logical way so that it can be easily understood by the users of the service (Sales, Delivery) to be leveraged during sales negotiations
  • Experience of working in a sales support functions and having “value-based” conversations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to leverage expertise from different teams as well as learn the offers quickly to be seen as an expert
  • Communication and presentation skills. Being able to lead ROI presentations (1-2 hours virtual meetings, keeping the interest and attention of the audience)
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of working in a virtual environment, global teams
  • Work hour flexibility.  The wiliness to start the workday later and work in the evening up to 2-3x per week to accommodate conference calls with the United States
