Business Manager
Location: KrakówThe challenges waiting for you:
- Service of existing customers
- Active acquisition of new customers (including international companies)
- Identifying and defining customer needs and counseling in terms of the proposed solutions in the field of IT
- Creation and implementation of the development strategy of cooperation
- Promoting and selling whole spectrum of Sii services: specialist outsourcing (body leasing), IT systems development and maintenance services, managed services, training service
- Preparing offers and sales presentations
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and maintenance of long-term customer relations
- Managing a team of consultants
- Responsibility for the implementation of the appointed sales objectives
Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of professional, full time experience as an sales manager / account manager in IT sector for large corporate accounts (preferred previous experiences in outsourcing companies or software houses or system integrators)
- Nice to have experience in international sales as well as knowledge of banking/finance sector
- Wide knowledge about IT services market in Kraków
- Strong focus on target
- Drive for constant searches for new business opportunities
- Ability to understand customers problems & needs
- Ability to build trust and relations with customers and Sii team members
- Positive personality, ability to build relations with client and with team of IT engineers working under her/his management
- Higher education (IT or business preferred)
- Drive and ambition to win & deliver contracts
- Strong ownership of tasks, highest sense of responsibility
- Fluent English is a must
