Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce analytics and headcount reporting
- Human Capital related topics such as supporting local recruitment and on-boarding of new team members
- Providing support with transformation initiatives, process re-engineering reviews and organizational improvements.
- Partnering with global workforce management leads
- Executive meetings, briefings and travel preparation
- Quality metrics management and reporting
- Operational and financial control frameworks management
- Work on a variety of ad hoc projects and initiatives for the organization
Qualifications:
- fluent English - written and spoken
- deep understanding of Microsoft Office (good knowledge/advanced in Excel and in Power Point)
- experience in executing programs across a large organization, preferably IT related
- good knowledge of SharePoint
- experience in a COO function
- good interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
- flexible attitude and ability to think proactively
- good analytical skills and high attention to detail
- effective relationship management and influencing skills
