Your new role
On this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in the industry, on a fastpaced and motivated team. As a part of the Global Network Operations team, you will have the chance to affect the design and development of user interfaces for one of the world's largest corporate infrastructures You will engage with internal business partners on different levels (e.g. engineers, project managers, global managers), understand the requirements and ensure that our data meets those standards. You will design reports and dashboards that deliver the needed Business Intelligence information into the partner teams. The Business Intelligence Analyst will dive deep into the details in search of meaningful results, and think critically and scientifically about what our data can tell us about the real-world experience of our users. You will collaborate close with the development team and our customers to define innovate analytics for a wide variety of business topics while applying best practices in data visualization and manipulation.
Responsibilities in short:
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with strong knowledge and experience on querying relational databases (preferred at least one of listed: Google Cloud SQL/MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL experience). You will also need strong communication and analytical skills on all levels, good knowledge of data structures and also good organizational and problem solving skills. We are also looking for someone who is able to digest complicated, unstructured information and translate it into meaningful design (reports/dashboards).

- Engage and understand customer requirements
- Specification development: identify, define, discuss and agree reports with customer
- Implement reports using e.g. latest SQL cloud based technologies, web based tools for visualization with optimized usage of current environment
- Produce analytics using various 3rd party analytics software (e.g.Tableau) Develop knowledge artifacts to support customer and development team
- Identify, test and deploy additional tools to automate data mining and analytics
- Identify improvement options for data storage and handling
- Help to improve product design in the area of data analysis and presentation
- Issue identification and resolution
