They will be responsible for searching business premises in the region for opening new company stores, analysing profitability and evaluating potential locations. They will produce viability studies and present them to the company management. They will also be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts and will maintain good relations with owners and estate agents.

We are looking for professionals from the real estate sector with more than 2 years experience in searching business premises in the retail sector.
We are looking for individuals with a sound knowledge of the real estate market, with a strategic vision of the business and a commercial aptitude. They must be results oriented, have good communication skills and an excellent capacity for negotiation. An excellent level of English is essential.
