Business Development Manager

What would you do?
You will be co-creating the strategy of foreign markets expansion and then bringing it to live in selected regions and industries. You’ll also be the one to identify the product-market-fit, test it in action and adjust accordingly, together with our Director of Software Engineering.
Your main focus will be to build, promote and develop business relationships, mostly using Social Selling techniques with social media and tools like Sales Navigator. Furthermore, you will participate in business trips to conferences, and scheduling business meetings with key clients and stakeholders at C-level positions.
We need you to:
- Have a fluent level of speaking and writing in English (at least C1)
- Have at least 3 years of previous experience working in sales or business development role
- Have a well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Be independent while executing our co-created strategy
- Have relationship management experience
- Be interested in IT sector
Even better if you:
- Have at least communicative level of speaking and writing in German
- Are a self-starter who is hungry and determined for success and global expansion
- Have previous experience in IT sector, especially in Outsourcing, Nearshoring, and IT projects
