Our Client is a rapidly expanding market leader in the ranges of plastics and special chemistry. Due to the further expansion and growth in Central and Eastern Europe our Client is currently looking for a self-motivated and business oriented professional ready to fill the position of Business Development Manager, preferably with location in central Poland.

- Develop and acquire new customers in order to establish long-term business relationships
-Manage and support relationships with key accounts to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met
- Identify customer needs and new applications for existing products
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding application of material through individual knowledge
- Manage sales cycle to ensure consistent growth in orders and revenues;
- Work closely with the Sales Management to develop and implement strategy for the region
- Continually improve the business model and ways of doing business
- Gather market information, also concerning the competitors
Kogo szukamy / Profile description
-Educated to Master Degree
-Proven, extensive experience in sales of thermoplastic resins
-Strategic selling and key account management skills
-Proactive, results-oriented approach to the business
-Highly energetic and willing to spend at least 60% time face to face with customers
-Team builder with good communications skills
-Fluent Polish and English skills
