Zadania / obowiązki:

  • Act as the main contact person for distributors and end-users in the designated area
  • Actively collaborate with different departments and analysing all issues related to the designed area, propose and plan corrective actions
  • Setting-up long-term relations with performing distributors
  • Preparation and control  of budget- and sales-development plan
  • Define and implement efficient marketing plans
  • Frequent visits to customers
  • Define training needs and set-up training programs, inter-regional experience exchange programs etc.

Oczekiwania:

  • Master degree in Business, Medical or Sciences oriented
  • Experience in international environment, medical, pharma or biotechnology
  • Developed network of oncological contacts
  • Experience in working with oncologists
  • Very good working knowledge of English
  • Practical knowledge of contactual and financial aspects
  • Practical knowledge of Sales & Marketing & negotiation techniques
