Zadania / obowiązki:
- Act as the main contact person for distributors and end-users in the designated area
- Actively collaborate with different departments and analysing all issues related to the designed area, propose and plan corrective actions
- Setting-up long-term relations with performing distributors
- Preparation and control of budget- and sales-development plan
- Define and implement efficient marketing plans
- Frequent visits to customers
- Define training needs and set-up training programs, inter-regional experience exchange programs etc.

Oczekiwania:
- Master degree in Business, Medical or Sciences oriented
- Experience in international environment, medical, pharma or biotechnology
- Developed network of oncological contacts
- Experience in working with oncologists
- Very good working knowledge of English
- Practical knowledge of contactual and financial aspects
- Practical knowledge of Sales & Marketing & negotiation techniques
