Marketing & product owner role:
• Build competitive IT products & solutions dedicated to HR departments
• Focus investment in product / solutions where we the company can achieve competitive advantage
• Define, prioritize, and drive realization of specific product vision
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to develop and execute against Product Roadmaps and Release Plans
• Define marketing strategy:
o HR product & solutions promotion the company website
o Leaflets and other promotional materials
o Prepare demos to demonstrate to potential candidates
o Build Sii brand as a trustworthy HR solutions provider through participation in conferences (in Poland & international), and other business events, press articles, webinars, blogs or social media activities
o Constant market monitoring
• Propose new investments connected with HR offering (R&D, or new offering like BPO)
Sales & Business development responsibilities:
• Sell the company’s HR offering
• Acquire new clients for Sii HR offering, in particular, manage up-sell activities within the existing domestic & international customers
• Build clients’ trust through consultancy and advice
• Deliver product demonstrations to the HR departments
• Generate leads & opportunities for
• Support business development through taking part in presales activities in the business consultant role
• Minimum 5 years of professional, full time experience as an sales manager / account manager in IT sector or Product Owner/Manager of commercially sold products
• Great leadership & sales / business development skills
• A good working understanding of the HR processes and market trends
• Familiarity with software development processes
• University education
• Well organized and capable of working independently and in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and Polish
