THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.

This client is an international, industrial producer of chocolate ingredients, fillings and coatings. They have a strong clientele in the foodservice industry and would like to expand. If you're passionate about building new markets and looking to work in a non-hierarchic, challenging organisation, this might be the role for you!

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This client has delicious chocolate ingredients, good production facilities and a strong footing in the foodservice. Now, the challenge is to cross-sell those competences into the b2b industry and grow this. You will map the market in Belgium and beyond (roughly the area of Western Europe) and are single point of contact for old and new industrial clients. Seeing that this is a solitary role, you'll have sparring partners in the shape of higher management and the commercial director in Spain, but in essence, the challenge is yours alone. Do you dare?

RESPONSIBILITIES

- mapping the b2b chocolate market
- spotting opportunities
- prioritising new clients
- cold and warm acquisition
- cross selling toward the foodservice
- sparring with commercial services in Spain
- developing your own market!

REQUIREMENTS

- You're senior enough to build your own business (7+ years)
- You know the food industry, b2b, b2c or ideally both
- At least two days a week, you're happy to visit clients
- The other three days, you're present on location to level with your colleagues
- Doing new things and working independently comes naturally to you
- Clients may address you in English or French and you can write back coherently
