For our Client – one of the world's most recognizable consultancies – we are looking for a person to fill the position of Business Coordinator.
The successful Candidate will be an integral member of the Warsaw business services team and provide administrative support to the consulting teams related to proposal and case work. The Business Coordinator will liaise with various stakeholders to minimize risks in the client contracting process and ensure compliance with company contracting policies. Moreover, his scope of duties will also cover collection and preparation of necessary administrative legal, financial and commercial documents needed for client proposals under tight deadlines, facilitate the review of client contracts by internal or external legal teams to ensure their compliance with company policies including supporting internal approval process when necessary, timely collection of supporting documents to support prompt invoicing, create and update database: proposal status monitoring tool.
We are looking for a person who has about 4 years’ experience in professional service company. Very good knowledge of English and Bachelor degree is a must. We are looking for Candidates who are self-driven and not afraid of new professional challenges. The perfect Candidate should has the high level of customer service orientation, ability and commitment to work under pressure and detail-oriented personality.
