As a fast growing company, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of
Business Controller
Major Responsibilities:
- Issue timely, valid and complete business reporting and analysis; extract and analyse business data;
- Deliver accurate budgets and forecasts related, but not limited to P&L, CAPEX, Cash-flow and KPI’s; in close collaboration with the stakeholders
- Propose, calculate and issue financial and operational metrics;
- Develop calculation models using available tools and programs;
- Calculate and explain variances and report significant issues;
- Validate data and assure reliability of provided information
- Provide ad hoc analyses as needed;
- Present data to various stakeholders;
- Provide solutions and improvement proposals to both the business stakeholders and within the SSC organization;
- Maintain good relationship with assigned stakeholder;
- Co-operate with other team members in order to improve and make existin
Ideal candidate’s skills and qualifications:
- Have at least 3 years work experience within accounting/finance/controlling environment
- University degree within finance, auditing or equivalent
- Experience with ERP systems, preferred SAP
- Working experience with data extraction/generation/analysis
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Access, Power Point and VBA would be an asset
- Very good English written and spoken is a must
- Possess analytical mindset and management reporting skills
- Able to work independently with small supervision
- Good communication skills
- Customer/stakeholder focus attitude
- Team orientated
