Our client is a professional FMCG organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will be working as consultant for external retailers.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Business Consultant Retail Analytics you will be working as data specialist focusing on process improvements, based on data analyses. You will transform complex retail data sets into useful information for external clients and present the results to the business. Furthermore, you will use the newest BI tools in order to guarantee improvements and work together within a multidisciplinary, international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult external retailers on business process improvements based on data analyses
- Transform retail data into useful information
- Analyse retail data / information and present results to external clients
- Build and maintain relationships with external retailers
- Develop specialist understanding of tools, systems and the product portfolio
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with several business units in order to deliver results
- Become the Subject Matter Expert in PPPP, retail trends and Business Intelligence
- Set KPIs, identify opportunities and liaise with sales department to meet targets
- Deliver insight in complex retail environments
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient working experience
- Experience within retail / FMCG environment is a must
- Data Analysis background / Experience with BI tools
- Ability to transform numerical data into insightful information
- Strong affinity with digital developments and retail trends
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Ambitious personality with strong will to develop within a data-driven environment
