Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
You will work with several Business Units on an international scale (±10% travel)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Business Consultant GCP you will be responsible for enhancement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the GCP business units. You will act as the liaison within clinical IT implementation projects and implement SOPs and compliancy related processes. Furthermore will you look for improvement opportunities within a multidisciplinary environment and identify the business’ requirements for new technological solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become the subject matter expert in GCP Technology environment
- Act as liaison between the GCP business units and IT
- Manage IT implementation specialists in the field of Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacometrics
- Project Management tasks within GCP environment
- Manage external stakeholders (e.g. software vendors)
- Identify the business requirements
- Participate in validation and compliancy activities
- Train end-users in new tools within GCP environments
- Improve efficiency of validation processes within GCP environments
- Acquire and process user requirements
- Participate in vendor selections
- Development of business cases
- Participate in multidisciplinary audits
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Bio-informatics, Chemistry or similar
- Strong knowledge of IT tools used within GCP environments (PK / PM)
- Certification in Project Management / Business Analysis is a strong plus
- 7+ years’ experience in Business Analyses and/or Project Management
- Knowledge of GCP processes and Pharmacokinetics and/or Pharmacometrics tools
- Strong knowledge of IT Validation processes and GCP compliancy
- Statistical background is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel (±10%)
- Fluency in English and preferably in Dutch
