For our Client, international company we are looking for a person interested in the role of Business Change Manager position.

Your new role
  • Lead projects or assist Programme Managers / Project Managers to organize and lead projects from inception to closure.
  • Responsible for establishing relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Plan, mobilize and deliver multiple work streams of large scale and complex projects end-to-end, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits.
  • Ensure adoption and deployment of Transformation Framework within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours.
  • Demonstrates effective financial skills to develop a detailed business case, including investments, detailed benefits and link to overall finances of the business.
  • Drive performance management based culture to improve and drive efficiencies and performance including the effective management of underperforming.
  • Promotes the Group’s Values and strategy by creating a positive work environment and promoting teamwork to drive engagement.
  • Ensure effective and appropriate resource on the project team and forming an effective project team, with the right blend of skills and good working relationships

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally 7-10 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions
  • Experience in working in Business Change projects
  • Experience in Change Management Process
  • Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with senior stakeholders in different locations
  • Regulatory or Payments experience would be a huge plus
  • Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
  • Self-driven approach with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Project Management tools
  • Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) are an advantage
