You will be a good match if you are/have:
- 4 years functional experience performing business analyst or equivalent roles
- Good client facing and negotiation skills, preferably in international teams and projects
- Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently when required as well as learn quickly
- Track record in increasing responsibility and successful delivery
- Good organizational skills to estimate, plan and deliver deliverables on time
You get extra points for:
- Working experience with HCM &/or CRM applications and processes
- Experience implementing/configuring Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Knowledge Advanced or similar applications (e.g. ServiceNow; Salesforce, Siebel).
- Front-end development skills, using HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Knowledge of Agile delivery model on SaaS / cloud-based solutions (DevOps approach)
- Experience working in Financial Services industry / Change Management Delivery
As a part of our team You will be responsible for:
- Working directly alongside internal stakeholders and clients to deliver solutions as a part of global team responsible for managing and supporting HR applications across organization
- Document clearly identified, defined and prioritised business requirements
- Analyze and validate business requirements, establishing traceability between requirements and application design
- Understand system process flows and requirements, identifying potential configuration solutions based upon application capabilities and delivered functionality
- Produce functional design specifications
- Write test scenarios / test cases
- Configure Oracle Service Cloud: case management, Oracle Policy Automation, Oracle Knowledge Advanced
- Configure additional policy automation interactive forms
- Configure reports & dashboards
- Assist with creation of new knowledge base / FAQ content
- Plan & Execute System Integration Test & User Acceptance Test
