Your new role
The role will be responsible for leading the Business Analysis activities within the HR Change Portfolio across the various projects.
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Understand the main business drivers for success; Acquire knowledge of the business and regional footprints; Awareness of the functional roles within HR, their interaction and involvement in the high level business processes;
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs;
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the Functional and Non Functional requirements in the stories
• Lead or contribute to underlying business process discovery, analysis, reengineering and documentation. Matching process design with business goals, user stories/experience and functional capability
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans;
• Guide the product owner in creating user stories and acceptance criteria, in a clear and unambiguous style.;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and non functional requirements;
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs; Understand system technical limitations at a high level

• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Agile methodology and practice
• Understanding of Jira and confluence
• Able to lead a team and provide mentorship to Jnr BA’s
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ownership of issues
• Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to make good/sound decisions and use independent judgment
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Time management skills
• Negotiation and influencing skills
