Business Analyst will :

Collect, analyze and document business requirements or user stories, work to identify and clarify requirements using basic conceptual and logical process/data modeling tools and techniques;

Develop requirements or user stories, write project documents, create and execute application test cases and validate against expected results, creates and administers test plan for user acceptance test cycles, maintain the development and implementation of change plans;

Analyze stakeholder needs, identifie gaps, and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem, participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, participate in current-future state identification and contribute to the redesign;

Identifie measurable business value, contribute to developing business benefits realization measures for business cases and conduct business process and workflow analysis;

Coordinate implementation of changes to existing workflows or applications, participate in change management, review and/or prepares test plans, test cases and scripts;

Provide business support and service by researching, validating and confirming users’ issues.
Expectations:
-
At least Bachelor's Degree - relevant studies;
-
2-5 years related experience;

Knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Project, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint;

Working knowledge of financial operations and general accounting processes and principles Knowledge of global accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Local regulatory requirements, VAT/GST) - is not a must, but would be an asset;

Experience with ERP systems;

Working experience with the Waterfall project management methodology would be an asset;

Working experience with various Agile based project management methodologies is a plus.
