We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Business Analyst
Location: Cracow
As an IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and refining business needs and translating these into IT requirements. You will be expected to work throughout the project lifecycle where you will have an opportunity to influence the way the solution is implemented.
Key Accountabilities:
Translating business needs into IT requirements – a journey from user story to developer story
Understanding expectations and project priorities and execution to meet those needs
Proxy Product Owner working closely with the assigned POD team
Mapping business requirements, Use Cases and User Stories into comprehensive work items
Assessing the usability and potential of new requests and provide proposals and solutions to the business that meet their requirements
Forming relationships with stakeholders both from business and IT
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a role of IT BA
Understanding of the development and testing principles, processes and methodologies (Agile)
Innovative approach to solving problems with an excellent level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders across all levels, i.e. product owners, developers and architects
Ability to work in a fast pace changeable project environment
A self starter who looks to take ownership for the assignment
A team player who is comfortable in operating in a global cross-functional teams
Experienced with Jira/Confluence tools
Excellent communication skills
Lean interpersonal skills
Excellent English
Experience in Agile type methodologies
Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution
Familiarity with Eclipse/IntelliJ for code check purposes
Good knowledge of API functionality
Experience with API projects is a plus
Working experience in collaboration with IT architects
Experience with BRD, LSP, TOR documentation
