For our Client, multinational company from SSC sector, we are looking for experienced Candidate to fill the position of Business Analyst. To work on this position you have to be available between 2-10PM (US time zone).
Business AnalystMiejsce pracy: Kraków
Main duties:
collecting and explanation of business requirements in cooperation with Business Stakeholders from United States,
translation of requirements into detailed functional requirements,
early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (including communications, trainings, support and organization alignment),
tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption and feedback,
planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment,
managing implementation readiness as well as piloting the early stages of implementation.
Requirements:
a minimum of 3 years’ experience on a similar position (project management, business process mapping),
fluent English (cooperation with US Business Stakeholders),
excellent communication skills,
knowledge of project management methods,
knowledge of financial services industry (banking background will be a plus),
Lean Six Sigma/ Green Belt Certification will be a plus,
ability to work within an international environment,
ability to work between 2-10PM.
