Job description
- Be responsible for the (day-to-day) provision of control evidences
- Execute monthly controls (SOX and other internal controls)
- Perform user recertification processes according to schedule with a management summary as a result.
- Provide guidance, carry out implementation of new controls, update documentation
- Act as the 1st-level contact for all audit groups
- Continuously improve controls and processes in specialist areas
- Assure proper knowledge management, documentation and training (management) for processes and tools in use.
- Provide input to associated projects as neede
Requirements:
- SAP GRC knowledge is a must
- 3-5 years experience in an international accounting and reporting environment, preferably in an insurance (finance) company or consulting firm with appropriate background, especially around SOX, ITGC, Governance and Controls, or something similar.
- Service-oriented, able to work well under pressure, willingness to develop skills and scope of responsibility
- Very good communication skills, multilingual (English “must have”)
- Accurate, precise and flexible working style
- Experiences in stakeholder management
- Ideally already familiar with tools managing fully or semi-automated operating procedures
- Systems/applications for automated operating procedures as an asset
