At the moment we are looking for:

- Supports services, programs or products such as Office 365, audio and voice initiatives, etc. This may include end user needs analysis/profiling, portal design/development, content development and publication, interface with 3rd party providers (content development and requirements), and learning and adoption activities including soliciting/analyzing feedback and related action planning
- Provides timely and quality execution of agreed deliverables. Interfaces with stakeholders in the project/program and regions/ actions are taken locally as required. countries globally to support, follow up and/or ensure
- Participates in or lead various periodic meetings with stakeholders within IS, Corporate Communication, others functions and the business globally
- Prepares, contributes to, delivers, and/or supports content, materials, logistics, and/or equipment for Region Workplace Productivity; audio/video conferences for briefings, training sessions or periodic meetings
- Follows up and responds to stakeholder inquiries and related actions from program teams, local/regional contacts, etc.
- Degree preferably in business, design, communications or learning with an emphasis in technology
- 3+ years of previous experience in customer experience, user experience, end user communications, and/or end user learning within the technology field
- Knowledge of web marketing and web design is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, web page development and graphic design tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- Strong internal customer-orientation
- Fluent English, additional languages are an asset
- Strong planning, organizational, program/logistics coordination skills.
- Ability to both work in a fast paced and dynamic environment on short term projects and the ability to work on longer term projects requiring extended planning time
- Computer skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, calendar/messaging, and the Internet
- Experience with Sitefinity (or other content management systems), HTML, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other multimedia software is strongly preferred
