THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
You will work on an international portfolio for several laboratory sites.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Business Analyst LIMS you will work between the business and regulated laboratory environments within a portfolio for globally dispersed business units. You will work on the business-IT alignment, as well as implementation projects of new business applications in the laboratories. You will guarantee the functioning and continuous improvement of several applications (e.g. ELN / LIMS / CDS / BI) within GMP regulated environments. Therefore we are looking for an experienced Business Consultant with vast experience in the (bio-)pharmaceutical industry and solid knowledge of relevant applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business IT Alignment of several laboratory and business applications (ELN / LIMS / CDS / BI)
- Act as the liaison between the business and laboratory environment
- Implementation of new applications
- Business process improvement and business modelling within regulated environment (GMP)
- Continuous improvement and proper functioning of large IT portfolio
- Validation (CSV) of new applications
- Manage global group of internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the Project Manager within a complex portfolio
- Gap analyses of current application portfolio
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Life Sciences or other relevant study
- At least 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of laboratory IT (e.g. LIMS / ELN / CDS)
- Previous experience with Computerized Systems Validation and GMP is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of laboratory processes
- Project Management experience
- Strong communicator and customer-focused personality
- Fluency in English is a must. Dutch is a strong plus
