Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
You will be operating between IT and HR.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
They are looking for someone that can take the role of a consultant to give advice on current HR systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a consultant to identify solutions for the implementations of HR systems
- Understand and apply Information Security to ensure confidentially of all HR system data
- Defining and monitoring issues
- Integration of pay roll system
- Enabling solutions for HR Services
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related studies
- Previous HR system implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills and great eye for details
- Familiarity with HR systems
