ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the competitive position of your entire brand with a main focus on our newest product. You will ensure our competitiveness with our competitors and ensure our leading position in the market. You will be the main point of contact with our retail customers and establish a good relationships with your connections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the Trade shopper marketeer for our latest expansion of the portfolio
- Bringing FMCG experience in the team
- Closely cooperate with key account managers in Benelux
- Closely cooperate with Consumer Marketing Manager Male Grooming
- Owning instore and online excellence processes to drive brand preference
- Visit our customer weekly
- Developing a training strategy for domestic
- Managing, tracking and evaluating the BTL budget to deliver effectiveness for in-store conversion, both on and off line
- Work once in a week in both our Dutch and Belgium office
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in FMCG is a must
- 3-7 years of Marketing experience in FMCG
- Experience in trade marketing, brand management and.or category management
- Experience in online retail or marketing management
- Native Dutch, English and French
- Driving Licence B
