Brand Designer
Location: WarsawOur Client is a Swiss boutique digital and brand consulting agency. Its aim is to connect brands with modern customers by identifying growth and innovation areas and creating powerful platforms and content to best address customers language and needs. Currently, to their new Warsaw office, we are looking to recruit an independent, creative Brand Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Developing companies’ brand identity and supporting all initiatives related to communication, marketing and sales purpose
- Designinng brands’ whole ecosystems in an innovative way to engage consumer on every touch point (both online and offline)
- Conceiving inspiring creative concepts that meet high quality standards and address most demanding customers
- Presenting applicable ideas and concepts and implementing them within the set budget and timeframes
- Everyday cooperation with the design and content teams – strategists, video makers and copyrighters
- Proposing solutions and improvements based on market and consumer research and insights and the latest market trends
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a branding , creative and/or interactive agency, ideally in an international environment
- Solution-oriented, proactive and effective person who masters execution and understands business needs, but remains curious and creative
- Proven track record of successful 360 design projects
- Ability to evaluate and advise on the quality of design, drawing skills and graphic design experience will be a great plus
- Interest and knowledge of global trends in branding and best practices in brand design
- Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, distributed organization and build collaborative cross-divisional relationships
- Experience working with big and/or influential brands that shape the advertising standards will be a great plus
