Branch Manager / Business Manager
If you want to:
• Develop sales and marketing activity in Wrocław and regionally in Poland.
• Consistently win new business through ongoing sales activity, candidate marketing, sales visits and maintaining client relationships.
• Identify, target and convert existing and new client opportunities.
• Grow the revenue and profitability of the Wrocław branch and identify new areas of opportunity within Poland.
• Lead a team of talented recruiters enabling them to match client and candidate requirements.
• Motivate, manage and develop the recruitment team to meet and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Develop and implement plans for increased efficiency and productivity of the team.
