Job Description:
Currently, we are looking for BPM Administrator who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.
You will be responsible for administration of BPM, maintenance, optimization and implementation of changes according to company rules and policies.
Main tasks:
- Working with BPM analysts, architects, business users, developers to maintain and configure BPM Platform
- Taking part in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and deployment
- Assisting with application deployment and configuration
- Prioritizing and resolving project issues, escalating when necessary
- Answering technical questions from team members or other technical teams
- Guiding and mentoring less-experienced members of the team

Requirements:
- Experience administrating IBM BPM platform
- Basic knowledge of Python, Selenium, Jenkins and other DevOps tools
- Ability to work in Agile environment
- Knowledge of working with databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
- University degree in computer science or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written skills in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Optional skills:
- Experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi TeamWorks)
- Experience using IBM BlueWorks Live
- Working experience with other IBM platforms such as ODM, Business Monitor, etc.
- Previous banking experience
