ROLE DESCRIPTION
As bio technologist you will perform research within a broad product range. This will be done in a lab with advanced tools and techniques enabling you to do your work best. You will assess market needs and anticipate with newly developed product by the team and you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clone, test and produce protective fertilizing products
• Solve challenges in regards to crop protection
• Enhance crop protectors for stronger crops and to increase productivity
• Ensure that quality processes are executed optimally to control and reduce cost
• Communication between farmers and lab to implement and develop on feedback
REQUIREMENTS
• PhD in biotechnology related areas
• Between 2-5 years of work experience as researcher
• English and a second language
• Strong data and analyzing skills
• Communicative skills
• Open and interactive personality
