Our Client is a global company providing software and services, based in Cracow. Due to building its new structures, we are looking for professional and reliable candidates with French for the position of Billing Assistant.
This position is an entry-level accounting job that can provide an individual foundation for further development of career path in accounting.
The successful candidate will be reporting to Billing Manager and will be responsible for updating and maintaining a specific billing database, assisting the team with processing company’s product charges for their European entities, including liaising with local departments, shared service center and outsourced providers.

Main tasks:
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of client master data to include client and client contract information
Analyzing and reconciling billable activities against client contracts
Ensuring correct VAT rules are applied and VAT numbers are recorded
Producing invoices for our clients and sending them out to our clients
Processing credit notes for clients
Generating required reports
Being in contact with the local departments
Requirements:
Fluent English is a must (min C1 level)
Communicative French (B1)
Min. six months of experience in accounting departments (AR/Billing team preferable)
Analytical and time management skills,
Accuracy and pay attention to details approach
Willingness to travel
